WHERE - Sicily, Italy

WHICH - Frappato

WHAT - At 250m above sea level, the vines are south and west facing on sandy soil. Once picked and pressed the grapes are fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a temperature of 18-22°C with 8-10 days of skin maceration. Its then aged in cement and steel tanks for six to eight months. The wine is then bottled for four months before release.
