Ortiz have been fishing sustainably for five generations now. Tuna is rod and line fished off the north coast of Spain in the Bay of Biscay. Processed by hand and packed in Organic olive oil.
This tuna is very delicate and light in flavour, enjoy it simply. Flaked over salad or stirred into arrabbiata sauce with linguini.
