An architect who went to champagne to work with one of the greats, David Leclapart, who came back to Spain to make unfortified Palomino. This is a collaboration between Alejandro Muchada and David Leclàpart. Their focus is on farming, region & variety. As such they are ardent biodynamic farmers, representing Sanlucar de Barrameda & Chipiona. These are extremely interesting wines which are hard to describe in a con ventional way. They have bags of texture and acidity, have bright fruit and will most likely age extremely well. If you are an avid cook or believe in the power of food matching then these are absolutely essential.
